Frank Comisar, a nature photographer with a profound passion for capturing the aesthetic allure of the American West, initially pursued a career in architecture. After several years in that field, he transitioned his lifelong passion for photography into his professional pursuits. Drawing inspiration from esteemed photographers such as Ansel Adams and Edward Curtis, Comisar specializes in landscape and wildlife photography, seamlessly integrating his architectural aesthetic for composition and design. Recently, he relocated his photography business, Scenic Aperture, from Durango, Colorado, to his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska, where he continues to showcase his work, facilitate workshops, and foster an appreciation for the natural world.
