  The 17-50mm F4 achieves an astounding MOD of 0.19m (7.5in) and maximum magnification ratio of 1:4.6 at the wide end, and 0.3m (11.8in) and maximum magnification ratio of 1:3.8 at the 50mm end. With a working distance of around 5.7cm (2.3in) at the 17mm end, you can practically get as close to the subject as you wish. This allows you the flexibility to shoot in cramped places such as small rooms or inside a camping tent, without needing to reposition. It also lets you enjoy compositions that make use of beautiful bokeh and unique angles.

TAMRON Lens Utility lets users change lens settings, assign camera body functions, and update to the latest firmware4 when necessary. In addition, when using the Mobile version, functions unique to mobile version can be operated remotely without touching the lens. Users may customize functions for various still photography and videography shooting styles, thereby providing a more personalized and fulfilling shooting experience.
